Both Mr. Hunsperger and Mr. Weston have lectured and taught in numerous forums.
Mr. Hunsperger has made presentations to the Pan Pacific Congress of appraisers in New Zealand and Korea. He has taught Valuation of Contaminated Properties for the Appraisal Institute and various government agencies. He has lectured on the application of conservation easements to rainforest. Hunsperger has also lectured in Nicaragua and Costa Rica on the various methodologies that may be used in assessing environmental damage. The papers were published in Spanish and English through Justicia Para la Naturaleza. In addition, Mr. Hunsperger has been a co-instructor of seminars presented to the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association and the General Services Administration. Under a grant funded jointly by the Annenberg School of Communication and the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, Mr. Hunsperger authored and presented a paper detailing the methodology developed to analyze stigma effects on neighboring property values around the Rocky Flats Nuclear Weapons Facility. The conference was co-hosted by the Wharton Risk Management and Decision Processes Center and Decision Research. Most recently, Mr. Hunsperger was a co-instructor in a Continuing Legal Education class titled “Eminent Domain.” Mr. Weston contributed to the leading text on the valuation of conservation easements and has taught numerous seminars related to methodologies for valuing conservation and preservation easements. He is a certified instructor of several specialized courses for the International Right of Way Association. |
